Wedding and Group Bookings

Determine the date & time to request for your group event

Determine the total number in your group (Including yourself)

Determine which Spaxs Nail Bar location you would like to book your Group Event at

Complete our Spaxs Initial Contact Form Above, or contact our Special Event Coordinator directly by phone

Once you have completed our Initial Contact Form above you will receive an email containing the Information Package for your indicated Event type.

Visit our Services Menu page to determine which services will be booked

Provide the 1st Name of each person in your group

Provide the desired services for each member of your group

Provide the required deposit to secure your group booking (A $25 per person deposit is required for the majority of group bookings)

You will receive a confirmation email. Containing the date, time, details, and deposit amount paid (if applicable) for your group booking

Please coordinate to have all members of your group arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled appointment time. This allows sufficient time for selecting polishes and getting situated to start your services.  If anyone in your group arrives late, we may not be able to accommodate all services booked.

You may bring food and or drinks, however we kindly ask that it is cleaned up prior to leaving. (Depending on restrictions that may be in place at the time of your Event implemented by Windsor-Essex Health Unit due to COVID-19 you may be restricted from brining food or drinks into the salon. Example Mandatory use of face mask and or face covering within the inside of a business)

All Group Events of 4 or more people require a $25 per person deposit at the time of booking to secure your scheduled date and time. (Please note Bridal / Wedding parties of 3 or more people require a deposit due to the potential time required and design detail for your Special Day! )

To reschedule your group event we require a minimum of 48 hours notice. All previously paid deposits will be carried over to your new selected date

All deposits are non-refundable in the event you cancel your event completely

If a person in your group does not show up for the scheduled event the $25 deposit paid for that individual is non-refundable

In the event Spaxs is unable to accommodate your scheduled Group Event in the case of a Provincial Lockdown and or Stay-At-Home Order due to the COVID-19 Global Pandemic we will refund your deposit in full or carry it over to another date of your choosing
